Automation Family

Single Conveying Family

Colortronic single conveying units are designed for use in facilities in which a central conveying system cannot yet be realized or is not desired. Colortronic single conveying units which are made of stainless steel and available with either an integrated or separate vacuum pump. The integrated filter guarantees a safe and dust-free production environment.

Central Conveying Family

The Colortronic delivery program covers individual conveying systems and multiple systems for small, medium or large capacities of granules, powders, regrind or thermoset materials. All systems can be combined with each other seamlessly. Colortronic conveying systems are designed for simple, dust-free operation, making them environmentally friendly.

Colorblend Family

Colorblend® is designed for small to mediumsized injection molding machines as well as various extrusion applications. The high level of dosing accuracy, simple operation, and quick cleaning makes Colorblend® a highly valued tool for plastic processors.

CSG Blender Family

Colortronic's gravimetric batch weigh blenders provide precise blends of up to 8 free flowing components. The blenders operate on a gainin- weight principle, where each component is metered into a batch hopper using a diamond gate metering device. With this system, each pellet of material is weighed with precision load cells to ensure a highly accurate blend.

Downstream Extrusion Family

Increase your post-extrusion productivity with our downstream extrusion equipment. From belt pullers to wheel pullers we have the equipment to suit all of your downstream extrusion needs.

CD Series Drying Family

Colortronic dehumidified air dryers are designed to dry granular thermoplastics to the lowest residual moisture content possible regardless of atmospheric conditions. Whether drying non-hydroscopic or hydroscopic materials such as PA or PET, Colortronic dryers efficiently carry out all applications using one or several drying hoppers or additional drying temperature settings.
