Drying / Crystallizing

Colortronic dryers achieve excellent continuously drying performance independent of atmospheric conditions through the use of dehumidified air. Colortronic crystallizers make it easy to process or recycle amorphous PET. This technology guarantees the crystallization of regrind as well as virgin material.

Single Conveying

Colortronic single conveying units are made of stainless steel and available with either an integrated or separate vacuum pump. The integrated filter guarantees a safe and dust-free production environment.

Vacuum Conveying

The modular concept of our conveying system enables enhanced flexibility and additional options for many processing requirements. Colortronic conveying systems can be expanded step by step and can therefore be adapted to new application conditions without difficulty or great expense.

Dosing & Blending

Colortronic's Disc dosing and blending provides dosing accuracy that is very repeatable and consistent even at very low dosing and feed rates. Another option includes gravimetric batch dosing and blending systems where the components are dosed one after the other, weighed and homogeneously mixed in the separate mixing chamber.
