The demands on drying systems have risen consistently with the ever-increasing quality requirements of today's sophisticated plastic products and processes. Colortronic realizes material drying is application and process specific and engineers our drying systems to meet such needs.
CCD compressed air dryers are designed for the drying of thermoplastic pellets and regrind before processing in order to remove moisture from the pellets both inside and out, independent of climate or ambient air conditions.
Colortronic's CCD and CCM Compressed Air Dryers offer compact size with full performance. The standard model reduces dew point of compressed air supply by 50°F, and the membrane option maintains -40° dewpoint in
all environments
Colortronic's CDAA Series desiccant dryer is compact in size with full size performance. The dryer has easy-to-use off-the-shelf micro-
processor control and provides digital temperature control for temperatures up to 250°F (High
temperature, 400°F option available).
Colortronic CDA Series dehumidifying dryers remove internal and external moisture from thermoplastic pellets and regraind before processing, independent of climate or ambient air conditions.
Colortronic now offers the CDA Series High Capacity Dehumidifying Dryers that feature 600 to 850 CFM rating and user friendly off-the-shelf controls. The unit provides a compact fame with minimum moving parts, easy accessibility for maintenance and a small footprint. Optimal desiccant utilization guarantees lowest dew point.
Colortronic CDA large dehumidifying dryers feature fewer moving parts, making them more reliable, less expensive, and easier to maintain than other models.
Central drying systems can reduce operating costs and material waste by eliminating the need to empty and clean a drying hopper between jobs.
Colortronic's CPK Series Crystallizer Systems convert amorphous plastics into semi-crystalline ones so that a subsequent sequences are problem free.
The TT 25 to TT 6400 drying hoppers are ideal for drying thermoplastic granules and regrind, as part of a drying system.
CHA hot air dryers provide heated air to remove moisture from non-hygroscopic materials, i.e., PE, PP, etc.
The CTT 110 and 160 dryers are ideal for drying thermoplastic granules and regrind, independent of climate or ambient air conditions, before processing to remove all remaining moisture from the granules both inside and out.
CD Series large drying hoppers offer a unique mass flow design and are constructed of insulated carbon steel on the inside, aluminum cover on the outside and contain no material hang up points with solid internal walls, standard.
Colortronic's CD Series small drying hoppers are available in machine or floor mount configurations. They feature a unique mass flow design, full hopper insulation, slide gate shut off and large door for easy cleanout.
CCL Series closed loop crystallizers are designed to crystallize amorphous material in a continuous throughput. Complete systems designed for 90-4,000 pounds surface crystallization of flake or amorphous resin pellets.
The Dry-Flex M dryers are ideal for drying thermoplastic granules and regrind, independent of climate or ambient air conditions, before processing to remove all remaining moisture from the granules both inside and out.
The Dry-Flex S 70 dry thermoplastic granules and regrind, independent of climate or ambient air conditions, before processing to remove all remaining moisture from the granules both inside and out.
Colortronic's Dryflex S 40 Mobile is designed for the drying of thermoplastic granules and regrind, independent of climate or ambient air conditions, before processing to remove all remaining moisture from the granules both inside and out.
The Dry-Flex XS 15 & 30 are for the drying of thermoplastic granules and regrind, independent of climate or ambient air conditions, before processing to remove all remaining moisture from the granules both inside and out.
The Dry Flex L is for the drying of thermoplastic granules and regrind, independent of climate or ambient air conditions, before processing to remove all remaining moisture from the granules both inside and out.
Dry-Flex XL air dryers are fro the drying of thermoplastic granules and regrind, independent of climate or ambient air conditions, before processing to remove all remaining moisture from the granules both inside and out.
Dry-Flex dry air dryers are for the drying of thermoplastic granules and regrind, independent of climate or ambient air conditions, before processing to remove all remaining moisture from the granules both inside and out.
CDAP Series portable drying and conveying systems from Colortronic mount full-size drying and conveying performance onto a single, easy-to-position, portable cart. This provides closed loop drying with automatic, on-demand conveying to the drying hopper and/or one or two machines.
The CDAP 90-225 Series portable drying systems provide complete drying and conveying in one compact, portable package. These units automatically convey on demand while providing closed loop drying.
Colortronic's MH Series Machine hoppers offer a unique mass flow, compact design. The MH Series has an adjustable quick-release clamp design and offer an easy-view Lexan sight glass for material level indication.
