Colorblend is designed for small to medium sized injection molding machines as well as various sized extrusion applications. The high level of dosing accuracy, simple operation, and quick cleaning makes Colorblend a highly valued tool for plastics processors.
The AccuMeter® Series is designed to blend a wide range of materials in continuous extrusion
applications, and offers the most homogenous blend available compared to batch type blenders,
feeders or mixers. The feeders are mounted on precision load cells, continuously weighing the
output of each component.

The CSG Series Blenders offer stainless steel construction for all metering, weighing and blending components. The mixer section is designed for efficiency and blend homogeneity and adjustable slide gate stroke limiters provide for accurate metering of minor ingredients.
The CGA Series Gravimetric Batch Blending System features precision auger metering of all ingredients. This weigh scale blending system is well suited for blending of almost all pellet and regrind materials. The CGA Series should be used if more than one regrind is required, or when difficult and hard-to-meter materials will be used.
The A3 Blender Control and Data Acquisition System is a data collection network program that can be used to download and analyze inventory run rates, run status, and target vs. actual recipe set points. Using A3, you can upload recipes and access recipe storage book functions, as well as start and stop blenders and feeders.

CIT Series batch weigh inventory and density monitor units are designed to mount on an existing bin. The CIT Series accurately monitors material usage by weight with 1/10% span accurate cantilever load cells.
