Vacuum Conveying
The modular concept of our conveying system enables enhanced flexibility and additional options for many processing requirements.
Colortronic conveying systems can be expanded step by step and can therefore be adapted to new application conditions without difficulty or great expense.
The Colortronic CSK 05 conveyings free-flowing pelletized materials directly to the processing machine.
The Colortronic CSK 1 allows for the conveying of free-flowing pelletized plastic materials using vacuum receivers (CSK 1) which integrates into a central conveying system.
The Colortronic CSK 3 conveyings free-flowing pelletized materials directly to the processing machine.

The CPP Series, available in 1" or 2" models, is a low velocity, pneumatic conveying system designed to move a wide variety of difficult powdered materials cleanly and efficiently. The finer the powder, the more effectively it works.
The Colortronic DRW rotary valve system is designbed for fully automatic material change without any manual handling. Available only as part of a Colortronic centrally controlled conveying system.

Colortronic's SMS Manifold System functions as an accurate material distribution station, allowing for
easy transfer of material from individual storage bins to multiple destinations. The Material Distribution
Station can be operated as a fully-automatic system with automatic material selection and distribution, or
it can be configured for manual operation.
System Components, Tubing and Pipe
Tubing, pipe, elbows, couplers and other
conveying components are available in a variety
of sizes. Pickup wands, transitions, couplers,
plugs and caps are also available.
