Colortronic offers complete cooling systems for your process needs. Product lines include central, portable and outdoor chillers, pump tanks, cooling towers and a variety of water treatment options.
CPC 050-150 Series air-cooled portable chillers have a leaving water temperature range of 30° F to 65° F.
CPC Series 2-30 hp air portable chillers have an operating leaving water temperature range of 30° F to 65° F. Consult factory for applications outside this range.
All CPC Series 2 to 40 hp (3.73 to 29.83 kW) portable chillers have an operating leaving water temperature range of 35° F to 65° F. For applications outside this range, consult factory.
CPC Series Air-Cooled Portable Chillers (5-40 hp) have an operating leaving temperature range of 30° F to 65° F. Consult factory for applications outside this range.
All CCS Series central chilling stations have an operating leaving water temperature range of 30° F to 65° F and two independent refrigeration circuits.

Pinnacle Series Central Chilling Stations provide simply the best central chiller on the market today from 30 through 100 tons. Complete with scroll or screw compressors, PLC micropressors and touch screen control, stainless steel tank nad brazed plate evaporators. Independent refrigerant circuits allow routine maintenance without costly downtime and compressor staging provides energy saving capacity control.
AWX Series central chillers are used where heat recovery chilling systems are not required.
The 30RA Scroll chillers feature rotary compressor technology for efficient cooling. The Colortronic Outdoor series is also designed for exterior installation, freeing up valuable indoor equipment space.
Colortronics air cooled packaged chiller units are fully piped and charged with Puron® refrigerant (R- 410A). Weatherproof construction, lightweight distribution, and small footprint make them ideal for rooftop or ground level installation. Upward discharge airflow minimizes directional sound and carries heat away from surrounding areas.
The AFC Series Adiabatic Fluid Coolers utilize the power of evaporation to produce near ambient air temperature
leaving fluid temperatures without the need of chemicals like cooling towers.
BFC Series blown film coolers have a leaving air temperature range of 40°F to 50°F (5°C to 10°C).
M Series Metal and FG Series Fiberglass Cooling Towers come with a high-efficiency, induced draft design.
All pump tank systems come standard with a centrifugal close-coupled pump, featuring cast iron impellers with 230/ or 460/3/60 ODP motor; other voltages and motor desings are available.
B Series and GRT Series Gravity Return Pump Tanks come with flow ratings from 3 to 90 gpm and voltages from 115/1/60 to 575/3/60.

The TWMV280 Tower Water Management System is a complete system that controls scale, corrosion, and micro-biological fouling in both open and closed recirculating cooling water systems. The TWMV280 system is contained in one compact, fully automatic, nearly maintenance-free package.
Colortronic sand and gravel filters and centrifugal separation systems are offered for use on cooling tower or chilled water systems requiring large capacity, heavy-duty supsended solids removal.
Ion exchange softening is used to remove hardness from water to prevent scaling. Dissolved iron up to 6 mg/l can be removed with softening.
Colortronic's RTCW Series Frictionless Chillers offer 32% more efficiency than screw compressor chillers at part load, and provides a variable speed drive for each compressor for infinite unloading down to 10%.
Colortronic's Variable Speed Systems control either water pressure by varying the speed of the pump, or cooling tower water temperature by varying the speed of a tower fan.
