The Colortronic CSE 15 / CSE 30 single conveying units have been delevoped for conveying thermoplastic granules. A typical area of application is for use with medium to large injection molding machines, internal silos, and drying hoppers.

The single coveying system consists of a stainless steel conveying hopper and a controller module with an intergated vacuum pump. The conveying hopper integrated a high performace filter with automatic filter cleaning.

The control is based on an easy to use standard PLC and is available for different vacuum pump performances.

• CSE 15: 1650 lbs/hr max conveying capacity (750 kg/hr)
• CSE 15: 0.53 cu ft hopper loader capacity (15 l)
• CSE 30: 6600 lbs/hr max conveying capacity (3000 kg.hr)
• CSE 30: 1.06 cu ft hopper loader capacity (30 l)
• Standard vacuum pump is 1.5 kW (2.2 or 4.0 kW optional)
• CSE 30: (Optional) Extension modules with volumes of 25 liters and 50 liters
