Colortronic's SGB series offer a state of the art Mitsubishi PLC control system with touchscreen interface that allows three types of recipe entry: Percentage mode meters ingredients as a percentage of the overall batch; Parts mode meters ingredients as a ratio; and Quick Set mode meters additives as a percentage of the virgin material. Up to 50 receipes can be stored and inventory accumulation and totals are stored for all ingredients.

The CSG Series blenders offer 2-4, 2-6 or 2-8 dosing components and a blending capacity ranging between 150-6000 lbs/hr. The stainless steel weigh hopper, mixer agitator, and lower mixer wrap are removable, and the powder-coated mild steel material supply hoppers feature machined polycarbonate clean-out doors.

• Heavy-metering diamond design slide gate metering assemblies which provide for 1/2% to 100% recipe range for free flowing pellets

• Compressed air clean-out hoses with blow-off tools included
