The MP Series Strand Pelletizer comes in a Standard model as well as two special models, Sound Proofed and Central.

The sound proofed pelletizer offers inner cover and discharge chute that reduces pellet noise. An infeed muffler reduces noise at operator position. The side pivoting hood and enclosed base-support frame are made from high performance acoustic foam lining.

The central strand pelletizer offers slant cut rotor with 48 small solid knives, which distributed recycled materials keeping knives sharper, longer. The rotor is movable and the fixed bed knife mouying support allows for sensitive knife gap adjustments as low as .001". Finally the cutting chamber can quickly be released and cleaning is worry free.
