The heart of the system is a motor/bower assembly with an air-operated vacuum relief valve, powered by a 30, 40, or 50 hp TEFC electric motor. Protecting the positive displacement blower is a two-stage velocity filter assembly (with replaceable cartridge) for easy maintenance.

The vacuum offers a cyclone or filter receiver that separates material from the air stream, material drops through the receiver into a rotary airlock, and down to a Colortronic takeoff adapter for delivery by the pressure side to a storage silo or other destination.

• Remote mounted NEMA 12 electrical control enclosure is supplied with a door interlocked disconnect switch
• Energy efficient single motor/blower design
• Secondary cartridge filter protects the blower package. Cartridge filter removes easily for maintenance or replacement
• Rotary level indicator in receiver prevents surging on vacuum side
• Mechanical vacuum/pressure relief valves to reduce downtime and maintenance
• Air operated vacuum releif valves to purge system and minimize downtime
