The ZKW 40 and ZKW 50 Two Component Proportioning Valve are for free adjustable regrind processing in cinjuction with a conveying system.

The Colortroic ZKW is made of solid steel and can be integrated in pipe systems with diameters or either 40 or 50 mm (1.6 and 2 inches respectively).

Material switchingworks pneumatically by a highly reliable rotary piston, which prevents air leaks in the conveying system.

During every conveying cycle, the ZKW pulses rapidly between both materials, which minimizes layering. The conveying ratio can be preselected between 0 and 100 percent.
