The Colortronic ZKW-E 40 and ZKW-E 50 Two Component Proportioning Vales are used for free adjustable regind processing in conjunction with a conveying system.

The ZKW-E is made of coated aluminum and can be integrated in pipe systems with diameters of 40 or 50 mm (1.6 or 2 inches respectively).

Material switching works pneumatically. During every conveying cycle, the ZKW-E pulses rapidly between both materials, which minimizes latering. The conveying ration can be preselected between 0 and 100 percent.
