CPC Series air-cooled portable chillers are equipped with many standard features including valved process water connections, To Process 2.5 dual scale liquid-filled pressure gauge, fully insulated refrigeration and process piping, fully accessible NEMA 12-style electrical control enclosure, non-fused disconnect switch with branch fusing, single-point power and ground wiring connection, high and low refrigerant pressure cut-outs, high pressure spring-actuated relief valve, hot gas bypass capacity control, compressor service valves 2-15, and 35-40 hp R-22 refrigerant, and a graphic control panel with status lights.

• Compressor: 2-30 hp, hermetic scroll, with compressor staging on 20-30 hp tandems; 35-40 hp, semi-hermetic scroll, with cylinder unloading
• Evaporator: 2-30 hp, stainless steel copper-brazed plate; 35-40 hp, shell & tube
• Condenser: Air-cooled aluminum fin/copper tube with washable filters; Water-cooled 2-7.5 hp, tube-in-tube; 10-40 hp, cleanable shell and tube; with cooling water regulating valves; select between tower or city (5-40 hp models)
• Reservoir: 2-3.5 hp 6 gal, 5-7.5 hp 20 gal, 10-15 hp 40 gal, 20-30 hp 80 gal. polyethylene; 35-40 hp 80-gal. 304 SS
• Piping: Non-ferrous construction, 2-30 hp; ferrous construction, 35-40 hp
