Colortronic's New MTG Series Beside the Press Granulators are Built to last

Flint, MI - Colortronic North America, Inc. is pleased to introduce the MTG 800/1000 Series beside the press granulators. With its revolutionary design both cleanout and knife adjusting time are dramatically reduced. Less effort is needed to empty the regrind bin, and there is a choice of reduced rotor speeds for uniform, quality regrind. It's designed to increase productivity with unmatched cutting chamber access, increased flexibility, and a lot more strength for added performance.

The MTG 800/1000 Series is designed to last, with features like an innovative O/S (Open/Solid) rotor that delivers greater inertia while maintaining airflow. Thicker cutting chamber material improves durability and reliability.

The exclusive pivoting cutting chamber opens wide for easier, faster cleanout. With easy access to all major components, a wide cutting chamber, a side hopper access door with easy adjustment of bed knives and easy-access electrics, the MTG 800/1000 Series is the easiest granulator to maintain and service.

Standard features of the MTG 800/1000 include: double walled hopper construction for reduced noise, a bulk-filled base for sound dampening and added stability, staggered rotor with four-edged knives, and three and five-blade solid rotors. A hard-faced welding of the cutting chamber provides wear resistance.
