Colortronic's New MTG 1200 Series is a Cut Above the Rest

Flint, MI - Colortronic North America, Inc.'s new MTG 1200 Series beside the press granulators are designed to handle your most demanding injection molding, blow molding and extrusion applications with more features, better performance and more versatility-all at a lower price. This innovative series is available with three larger infeed sizes (12" x 12", 12" x 18" and 12" x 24") making hand and conveyor feeding fast and easy.

The 3-knife open slant-cut rotor with scooped wings provides for both positive feeding of bulky parts and improved airflow for cooler operation. Generated heat from material against stationary side walls, abrasion or from material degradation are dramatically reduced with the MTG's rotating end disc design. In addition to the MTG Series' superior ease of maintenance, the units also feature some of the strongest, most durable HCHC/D2 rotor and bed knives in the industry.

Ease of cleaning enables quick turnover cycles between color changes, and a swing down clamp with hand knob provides quick and easy machine access.
