Walton/Stout, Inc. Acquired by ACS Group

In our continuing effort to build Colortronic for long-term growth, we are proud to announce Walton/Stout, Inc. as the latest addition to our organization. Walton/Stout has been in business for over 40 years solving material handling, blending, crystallizing and drying applications for their customers. Walton/Stout, like Colortronic, has a long history of supplying reliable equipment to many industries, including plastics.

"Walton/Stout's products are an excellent fit with Colortronic's current product line and will enable our customers to satisfy virtually all of their auxiliary equipment needs through a single source," stated Tom Breslin, President of ACS Group. "We are pleased to add such a strong brand to Colortronics's already powerful offering."

The Walton/Stout line of large drying systems and crystallizers, both electric and gas-fired, will complement our current product offerings, allowing us to offer even more complete solutions to our customers. Their broad customer base in expanding markets like PET sheet and fiber will allow us to further expand other product lines within our current organization. Products including temperature control, process cooling and size reduction will now be more readily available to all existing Walton/Stout customers through a single source.

The addition of the Walton/Stout product line enhances our capabilities for the plastics compounding and recycling industries with a complete systems offering. We will be manufacturing the Walton/Stout product line in our New Berlin facility.

The experienced group of Colortronic application and sales professionals will handle all of the sales activity for Walton/Stout projects. Our team is already familiar with the Walton/Stout equipment as a result of a strong working relationship between our organizations over the years.
