Environmentally Friendly Portable Chilling

Colortronic is pleased and excited to introduce their first Green portable chilling line with the GP Series- first portable chiller in the industry to offer R410a refrigerant designed to meet the new regulatory requirements that will take effect in 2010.

The latest addition to Colotronic's blending and feeding line, the CF-1000 Series Gravimetric Additive Feeder, features a compact feeder that provides accurate metering of additives as well as material usage tracking, which can be utilized in all molding and extrusion applications for pelletized materials.

Colortronic's new T500 series is the latest innovation in size reduction aimed at the recycling large containers and blow molded objects and is available in three sizes: 20 x 28, 20 x 36 and 20 x 48. A large 20 inch (500 mm) cutting circle is standard for enhanced part ingestion, and throughputs range from 2000 to 3500 lbs/hr.

Trouble-Free Conveying with New CVL Series Loaders

Colortronic North America, Inc. has recently introduced the CVL series compressed air loaders. The CVL series are self-contained loaders that provide efficient conveying of materials from drums, bins, material bags and gaylords with the use of a venturi and compressed air.

Colortronic's New CSR/AV-5 Powder Receiver Conveys Free-Flowing Powder

Colortronic announces the release its new CSR/AV-5 Series filtered vacuum receivers: These units come standard with flange mount configuration and brushed stainless steel construction. The CSR/AV-5 is used to convey free-flowing powdered, regrind or granular materials in a centralized conveying system.

With over 20 years as part of the Colortronic NA family, Bill Desrosiers is proudly appointed the Corporate Director of Marketing where he will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing. With cutting chamber sizes of 16" x 20", 16" x 28", and 16" x 40" and a cutting circle diameter of 16.5", the MTG 1600 provides excellent quality regrind for injection molding, blow molding or extrusion applications. A selection of reversible screens are also available with hole sizes of 1/4", 5/16", 3/8", and 5/8" to fit any application need.
